One of Jaffa’s most important real estate projects is currently taking shape, with Acro Real Estate at the helm:

The Machrozet station of the Light Rail’s successful Red Line is only a few meters from the complex, on constantly-developing Jerusalem Boulevard. The Red Line passes very frequently, every 3.5-6 minutes, so you can quickly get to central Tel Aviv or continue to other areas and to the other cities of the region: Petah Tikva, Bnei Brak, Bat Yam, and Ramat Gan. The Holon-Wolfson train station is only 800 meters from the complex, with an M2 metro station planned to be constructed right next to it. The new metro line will cross the city east to west, one of three metro lines planned in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan, and is expected to start working on 2035.

The complex also enjoys the services of the public transport service Active on the Weekend, facilitating easy access on the weekends to the Flea Market, central Tel Aviv beaches, and Dizengoff Street, or in the other direction to the Wolfson Hospital terminus.

A two-way bicycle lane on Jerusalem Boulevard passes right next to the Complex, allowing quick and easy access to central Tel Aviv. In two years, another bicycle lane that continues north through the shaded Jerusalem Boulevard, to Old Jaffa and all the way west to the beach, will be completed as well. On top of all that, the complex is located close to Ayalon Highways and the city’s main thoroughfares, allowing quick and convenient entry to and exit from the complex.

Throughout the neighborhood there are several public parking lots for the residents’ convenience.
